The Building Department is responsible for enforcing the State Building Codes as well as Building Ordinances of the City of Coopersville. The Building Official works closely with the Planning and Zoning Administrator.
The Building Department is also responsible for issuing the following permits: Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.
The Building Official calls in on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for inspections and permits .
