Northeast Ottawa Forum

Northeast Ottawa Forum (NEO Forum) was formed to provide proactive services to help at-risk children become productive members of our community. NEO Forum provides two positions to provide vital programming aimed primarily at reducing substance abuse and juvenile delinquency.

Sheriff’s Deputy - teaches classes in the local schools and enforces laws, ordinances, and school regulations in the school and municipalities.

Community Counselor - provides counseling and classes to children in need and their families.

Survey results of local 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th graders prove the NEO Forum program is having a positive impact. Drug use is down as is the number of juvenile arrests. The only way we can continue these positive results is through the financial support of our local community, organizations and individual gifts.
